The website is run by Panora Travels, Colombo 03, Sri Lanka. The terms below cover use of the website. The terms of an actual tour or vehicle booking are set out in the quote or booking confirmation we send you.

We work to keep tour details, destination descriptions, opening information and prices accurate, but they can change. Photos are for illustration. Entry fees, opening hours and conditions at attractions are set by the venues and can change without notice.

Prices on the website are shown in US dollars (USD) and are a guide. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing for your dates and group. Fuel, distance, season, group size and extras can change a quote.

• Sending a form or a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a booking.
• A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing by WhatsApp or email.
• Deposit, payment, change and cancellation terms are stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Please read them before you confirm.

You are responsible for a valid passport, the visa or Electronic Travel Authorization you need, health requirements and travel insurance. We strongly recommend insurance that covers medical costs and trip changes. Travel in any country carries some risk, and activities such as hiking, water sports and safaris involve physical risk. Please follow the guidance of your driver, guide and local authorities.

Many parts of a trip are provided by independent hotels, parks, transport and activity operators. Their own terms apply to their services. We choose partners with care, but we are not responsible for matters outside our reasonable control, such as weather, road closures, strikes or park closures.

If you post a review or upload photos, you confirm that they are yours and that they are lawful and honest. You allow us to display them on this website. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Panora Travels or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without asking us first.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

The website may link to other sites, such as Facebook or WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We may update them from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
